Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and PBIQ LLC (“PBIQ”, “we”). By creating an account or using the PBIQ app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to subscribe to a paid plan. If you’re using PBIQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don’t share credentials.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app.

PBIQ offers auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium (player) and Coach plans. The following applies when you subscribe:

• Length & price: shown on the in-app paywall before you confirm. Monthly and annual options are available.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal at the same price within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, your subscription begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices. We’ll notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

PBIQ lets you create content — practice notes, voice notes, activity posts, profile information, and (for coaches) lesson plans and messages with players. You retain ownership of what you create. By posting content visible to other users, you grant PBIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the app.

You’re responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.

The following are not allowed on PBIQ:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech against any user.
• Sexual or explicit content.
• Violence, self-harm content, or threats of violence.
• Impersonating another person, coach, or organization.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited promotion.
• Falsifying DUPR ratings or practice data.
• Attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
• Anything illegal under U.S. federal or applicable state law.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reports submitted through Profile → … → Report User are reviewed within 24 hours. Violations result in content removal and, for repeat or severe violations, account termination. Users can also block other users at any time, which immediately hides their content.

If you encounter content or a user that violates these Terms, you can:

• Tap the “…” menu on a user’s profile to Report or Block them.
• Email admin@pickleballroadmap.com with a description of the issue.

We will acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on confirmed violations promptly.

PBIQ provides drill recommendations and AI-generated coaching for informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals. Pickleball is a physical activity — consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program. Use of PBIQ is at your own risk; we are not liable for injury, rating outcomes, or tournament results.

The PBIQ app, branding, drill library, and underlying software are owned by PBIQ LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Subscribing to PBIQ does not transfer ownership; you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app while your subscription is active.

You can stop using PBIQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.

PBIQ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBIQ’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid PBIQ in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBIQ LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
